I like to track my mood and have some short notes, just to write how i'm doing that week. And this is set up to give motivational messages, and once you complete your goal it complements you! Here I track my habits weekly! This is linked to my "Daily" on the front page. Video column is really great for quarantine workouts! Considering going to the gym is not a good idea for many. In weight I track the weight I used but also when i last increased the weigth etc. It is color coordinated that an exercise is the same color as the main muscle it uses (focus are column). Simple workout plan where i can check of exercises as I do them. Really a fun concept i'm looking forward to using once I prioritize eating healthier and making real meals again! I can in my meal plan pick a recipe from my recipe library (which keeps information about calories per portion etc.), and then write in how many portions i ate and it will calculate the calories. Meal Plan (as mentioned it is linked to daily on the front page), and it is linked to my Meals, Recipes & Frequent Storebought Food page. General log of how I felt each week of a new meal plan or new workout regimen or in general about these. Navigation + Daily Schedule + Countdowns / Idea Drop This is also linked to my relationships database, so I can pick people for the event from my "contact list". This is again linked to my Shift Tracker page. It also has a work / workshift view, and in the properties for these you can fill in workshifts hours, start and finish for it to track your shifts (overtime etc). It also includes a class schedule view that is again linked in my school page. It has tons of views - one for social events or just work events. Or I have entire project pages inside with a simple to do list related to it on the top of that page, so I can quickly go into a project and check of things done. Either i mage a new one with just a name, for a quick to do item. I use this as my daily and general to do list. And idea drop! I quickly add some ideas and notes there to later be organized elsewhere.Īssignments / Relationships / Network / October / ChoresĪll these databases originally have some version of a "this is urgent" status, and the urgent tasks from each database show up here! So I know whats happening soon or what I should work on. General countdowns, or "days since" stuff I like to have visible. The text ones are linked to my weekly habits tracker, so that I can click it and cross it of for the day of the week.ĮDIT: I also added a link to my workouts so I can now check off my workouts as well. The timestamps are the Time property from my mealplan, so i can press it and put in how many portions i ate that meal, and mark it as eaten. This is linked to my meal plan and my habit tracker, so I can do it quickly from the first page. As the day goes I check off stuff i've done. I don't specify it so that it fits my general day. General Navigation to the different pages. In some of the different data bases I have created a view for editing, to simplify the process of making it your own. Also the texts are just examples, and images are via the search image feature in notion, except for the two girl drawings - they are mine. I'll explain a lil shortly how I use it, and what parts are connected. I find putting together pages a lot of fun □ The template is available here: I really hope some of you find it useful! And i'm always open to ideas/suggestions for more stuff to add. Here's where I got the formulas from: Weekly Habit Tracker // Finance Tracker // Chore Tracker // Days Remaining I did not figure out the formulas myself, I just edited them to fit more what I wanted - I lost some of the formulas sources along the way but if i find them i'll add them! I had a previous template that I didn't feel really used the perks of notion's database system so now i've set up a new one that has everything that made sense to me to be conncted, and I thought I'd share it with you guys. I might also make a version of this that is quicker to edit or add or change stuff as I realize personalizing this would take some time, if people are interested ☺️ I made a tutorial on how to make the daily view automatically check of items in your habit tracker etc. Or generally feel free to ask me for help with your notion setup □ I've gotten a couple messages asking how I do certain things, and feel free to message me if you're unsure about anything!
